Studio Policy
Please don’t hesitate to advise us of any special needs you have and we will make every effort to facilitate you.
Since this is a residential neighborhood, we ask that you do not loiter in the front of the building.
Parking:
Please park curbside along the street abutting our property. Since parking can be limited, we ask that you be considerate of the parking needs our neighbors, especially during the winter when snow is present.
Equipment loading:
You may use the front entry to load smaller pieces of equipment conveniently. We will make the rear entry available for larger pieces of equipment. Carts and hand-trucks are available.
Food and Drink
Although food and drinks are allowed in the studio, please use them in reasonable quantities. Any spills that cause damage to the building or equipment other than that of reasonable wear and tear will be to be billed to the Client at the discretion of the Studio.
Trash:
Please help us keep the area neat and orderly. Do not leave food or trash around the grounds or in the studio. Please clean up any mess that you make. Place all trash in appropriate containers. Place aluminum cans and bottles in the recycle bin. Smokers should use designated outdoor receptacles.
Smoking:
No smoking is allowed in the building. You may smoke outside at our designated smoking area to the rear of the building.
Illegal Substances:
No illegal substances are allowed on the property. Any Client or guest of the Client found to be under the influence or in the possession of any illegal substance or exhibiting any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Studio or its representatives will be grounds for removal of said person or persons from the property and result in the immediate termination of this agreement and loss of future use of the Studio. In the event of termination of this agreement due to such causes, there will be no refund of monies paid by the Client. The Studio or its representative will make the final judgment in such situations.
